Graduation Track [9-14]

  1. locate "9-14 Graduation Track" in your Google Drive

  1. The first 5 tabs belong to a grade (10, 11, 12, Y13, Y14)

  2. In these tabs the first 4 Columns is the Students information (Email, ID, Last name and First name)

  3. The 5th column is the degree the student is aiming for.

  4. The remaining are the courses students can take.

  5. When following the steps in Student Transcripts, this is one of the documents where all that information is stored in (Classes students have taken or are currently taking, WI’s(Writing Intensive courses), GPA, Credits taken/needed to graduate).

  6. Two columns for each course, the first column is the credits students can achieve and the second the grade they get at the end of the course (Can be found in Transcript)

  7. This Document needs to be updated each semester, all students individually.

  8. When new students begin to take college courses they need to be added to their respective grade in this document.

  9. When two semesters have passed, Y14 gets transferred to the next tab, which is the “Termed out” tab, since the program is 2 years (4 semesters).

  10. 12 Grade gets transferred to the Graduated tab once they graduate and don’t continue with the HERO-Hostos program, and so on as time passes.

  11. When a school year has passed, at the bottom of the tab the grade is changed to the higher grade and a new set of students is added to the lower grade.

  12. Lastly, for the remaining tabs, there's a “Graduation Tracker” tab to make sure Y13/Y14 are staying on track to graduate on time (This should be updated every two semesters). Two tabs “English Placement” and “Math Placement” for students that need to take a placement test.
