  1. The Visual Schedule is structured to show a more in depth view (in the form of a calendar) of days and times courses will be taking place.

  2. Y13/Y14 Class Tracker tab is used to structure the courses Y13/14 students will be taking that semester.

  3. The schedule tab like the Visual Schedule shows the days and times courses will be taking place, the only difference is that it is less descriptive.

  4. In the Roster tab are all courses being offered to 9-14 students, plus the name, EMPLID and email of the students placed in each course.

  5. Lastly, the Active Student List tab are all students taking classes that semester. In this tab we also note if they have charges, holds, and the date their SGs are active and inactive.
