In the 9-14 Tran Audit Drive there are 5 different sheets (10th, 11th, 12th, Y13, Y14)
In the 9-14 Graduation Track sheet, we are tracking the courses students have taken and can potentially take. This document is the same thing but in a more detailed way.
Each sheet belongs to grade, the first tab are all the students combined, plus all the classes (copied/pasted from the 9-14 sheet). Second sheet is the way tracking the courses will be structured (Template). The tabs after that are all students in that grade individually.
To make this process quicker there's an equation used so the credits and grades students receive can auto-populate into all the individual tabs (= βGradeβ!ColumnRow). This equation has to correspond to the correct student and the correct course. The equation needs to be plugged into each row individually.
These sheets are updated every semester and need to stay accurate because they are used to determine the courses students need to take the upcoming semester.
