Weekly Check-in Form

  1. This google form is used by professors for us to know how students are doing every week

  2. This form needs to be created at the beginning of every semester

  3. Set to automatically collect email addresses

  4. The first part is to add all the courses being offered that semester (When the professor is filling it out, they choose the course they teach)

  5. Second part is the question (Please list the names of students who have missed assignment/discussion this week)

  6. Lastly, if the professor has any comments/questions/concerns.

  7. Every week the information posted needs to be copied and pasted into an email that will be sent out to Ashante
