The Semester Active Student List tab are all students taking classes that semester. In this tab we also note if they have charges, holds, and the date their Student groups are active and inactive.

In preparation, fill out the sheet with year 13-14 students using the Y13-Y14 Tracker.
9-12 Students use early college tab
Notate every students grades
Input their active dates and inactive dates on their student groups (Student Groups) Note - 9-12 students are inactive on their graduation and Y13-14 students are by semester
Toggle check ✅for HERO and ECI students groups on the sheet once input is completed
Lastly, make sure to check for Charges and hold on accounts.
