Sem' Progress Report

1. This form is similar to the weekly check-in form, except this is done midway through the semester to see if students are on track to pass or fail the course.

2. The questions are more detailed and more information is given.

3. Just like the Weekly Check-in the first part is all the courses being offered that semester

4. Next, is the professor's name.

5. After this, four questions are asked. “Which students are on track to receive a C or lower and why?”, “If missing work, can they still submit?”, “Any concerns about specific issues?”, “Any class wide overarching advice?”

6. Once this information is submitted it will be reviewed to look for solutions on helping out the student.
