Working Data Temp

Per-semester we gather information to give an overview of our students and current enrollment.

1. Gray Data Box

  1. Look for requested document (Example - SUM&FA'23)

  2. Find number of courses offered under Roster -> Scroll to the bottom.

  3. Head to the active student list tab and count every student active for the semester. (Except Math Start)

  4. Locate number of Enrollments (Excluding WN/WD) in the gray box at the bottom of Roster tab

  5. Location of Successful completions is also located at the bottom of Roster tab

  6. and also Number of Unsuccessful Completions.

  7. It's important to go over the data for true accuracy.




2. Working Data Template

  1. Having access to "working Data Template" Create a new tab below

  2. Navigate to respected semester roster document (Refer to above)

  3. Using the gray box below roster -> populate document using the correspondent course This include 1. Term 2. Class 3. Professor 4. Enrollment 5. W's Unsucc' completion 6. A/B 7. Inc

  4. Column's such as H, J, L, and N are auto populated using functions

Note - Regular courses and waivers are separated by color

3. Sem' Detailed grades

  1. Using "Semester Roster Grades" respected doc -> Copy and paste into "Detailed Grades" tab of "Working Data Template"
