  1. Log onto CUNYFirst

  2. Click on Compass Icon (Top right)

  3. Click on "My Favorites"

  4. Select "CS-Query Viewer"

  5. Scroll & Select “CU_SR_GRADES_ROSTER” query. Description “Grades by term”

  6. Select to open in Excel or HTML

  7. Select HOS01

  8. Select term

  9. Add course number

  10. Select “Pre-College Programs” for Session

  11. Click “View Results”
